Lemurians, Atlants, Nephilims, Grey Aliens, Reptilians, Extraterrestials..ugh..who Else?

what/who else is there i didn’t name?
and how they all are supposed to be connected? i mean some say we are genetically modified from lemurians, some say from those reptilians i found out just recently (i mean omg reptilians) or are we evolved from some bacteria afterall? lol i just dunno anymore x]
and who the frick are extraterrestrials at all? :0
and are there at least one real and legitimate photo of any kind of alien on internet? i’ve seen few convincing ones, and if this wouldn’t be special effects and photoshop times i sure would say whoa but are there?
also:
if u do believe in some of them in which ones and why? maybe some source please?
if u don’t believe in neither, why? (this would be pretty boring option actually )
so that’s lots of stuff to think about..
p.s-just don’t bring up mythical creatures like dragons, abyss etc, just those human alike & aliens, it’s too varied already, and be serious about your answer please :>
