Ram Or Graphics Card- Intel Imac. Use: Graphic Design (photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut)?

I own an Intel iMac with 2gigs of ram. I do alot of stuf in After Effects, photoshop, and Final Cut Pro. My computer can handle them indidually but not perfect, especially After Effects. I also have a second screen attachted to my computer (nothing special). Here the details (copied straight from “About this Mac”

SO THE ACTUAL QUESTION… Should i try to get a better graphics card, or more ram? If Graphics card, which one? or is there a way to optimize the way these programs run on my memory.
