I have a sony H20 camera, can I shoot infrared photos ? if not, is there a way to make photos look like if having the infrared photography effect ? (maybe a photoshop plugin or technique)

okay well Im too skinny and I want to put effects on my body thinking I have a “good ” figure. and look like a normal girl instead too skinny. but I forgot what its called..
I know the photoshop. but other than that..
I saw a web that has a skinny guy and they made him look all buff and stuff…

I can’t just use brown, yellow, yellow ocher or any combination. My clients want the gold color on the poster design. Fine! Can you guys give me suggestions (in CMYK please :) )on how can I satisfy them? Note: We can’t apply a special gold color on the printing.
