Troubleshooting For Photoshop Elements 5.0?
I have had Photoshop Elements for quite a while now, and it has been working smoothly until about 3 weeks ago. For some reasons, I am now unable to use my Artworks and Effects pallette because it cannot be opened (the entire palette is blank, while it used to contain some sorts of special effects or artworks that i can add to my editing picture). And everytime i try to choose something on the drop-down menu in that pallette to see if i can somehow make it to work again, an alert popped up saying “Could not complete your request because of a program error.”
Does anyone know the reason why my photoshop is like this? Is there any way I can fix it to be back to normal? Please help because it is very hard editing a photo without having the addition of artworks and effects.
