What Kind Of Computer Programs Are There Where I Can Color My Artwork And Add Special Effects?
I know Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Illustator and ImageReady (all from Adobe) are freakin awesome, but I’m poor and can’t afford awesome prgrams like that, are there any other less expensive coloring software which can color good and add special effects like big flashes of light? Like painting programs would be good, specially made for artwork to be colored.
