Why Does It Take So Long To Burn A Video Cd Using Photoshop Elements 4.0?
Burning a video cd consisting of 125 jpegs and 5 songs takes about 45 minutes using PhotoShop Elements 4.0. Is there a faster way? Is there a better software program that I could be using that has lots of special effects like pan and zoom?
